As a Trauma Informed Akashic Reiki Master Teacher, I am compelled to provide powerful healing that lasts. We work with empathetic souls craving freedom from mental and physical pain, and we use a variety of healing experiences to help you rediscover yourself on a path to whole-body happiness.

In 2016, I could no longer ignore a powerful nudge to shift my life. I made a bold decision to trust my intuition, quit my stable corporate job and commit to building a life I was proud of.
As I walked through my personal growth journey, I discovered my soul's dream: to guide empath women who are done living in survival mode, ready for a lasting change. Women just like you.

why the
hummingbird?
I find so much beauty in the hummingbird. My childhood home had trumpet vines they loved to visit, and my grandparents collected hummingbird figurines. Beyond this special spot in my heart, hummingbirds are:
