If you are dealing with Grief, Trauma, or just having difficulty navigating a Life Change & feel like no one understands, really listens to you, like your concerns are not being heard, or having trouble communicating with people … It could be due to an unbalanced Throat Chakra.

Kimmarie will go thru several techniques to help to balance & open throat chakra including Mudra, mantra, pranayama (breath work), and different postures to help us open and balance this chakra.

Katie will provide individual Akashic Reiki healing throughout the practice. She will share channeled message upon request during the q&a part of the session.
